Strategic Social Media Marketing

Accenture Digital mandated the development of robust social media profiles for various segments: Accenture Digital, Accenture Interactive, and Accenture Analytics (Accenture Mobility now retired), across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and branded websites.

To cater to a global audience, I formulated and executed a bespoke social media strategy targeting specific calls to action. My content, which spanned across written pieces, videos, and visual designs, underscored themes including innovation, design diversity, AI, AR, VR, marketing, IoT, mobility, and analytics to cement Accenture's status as a trailblazer in digital transformation.

I employed audience-specific messaging that dovetailed with the core objectives of each segment. From elevating landing page visibility to multiplying impressions, the content was optimized for maximal reach and impact.

Key achievements:

  • Bolstered Twitter following by 22%.

  • Successfully inaugurated Accenture Interactive and Digital on Instagram.

  • Skyrocketed engagement by over 42% for targeted campaigns such as SXSW, Adobe Summit, MWC, and Cannes Lions.

  • Developed comprehensive profiles that prominently feature stakeholder achievements.

The data-driven, tailored approach resonated with diverse audiences and positioned Accenture at the forefront of the digital vanguard.
